Before Media Day
2 weeks prior: Picture Day materials arrive.
1 week prior: Make sure we have your rosters and send home flyers for parents.
1 day prior: Apply reminder sticker to younger children; verbal reminder for older children.
Have special requests? Just let the photographer know! Please inform your photographer of any special situations or needs. We do our best to accommodate for EACH individual child.

The Day Of
Each family has up to 10 days to order their photos using our online proof process.
Packages will be delivered to your school within 4 weeks after the order deadline for distribution.
